Hello there my astro lovies: It would seem that poor Venus in Sagittarius is taking the same path of Venus in Scorpio did over the past 2 years. Because of Saturn being in Sagittarius, we don’t get the same oomph from Venus that we normally would. The past week or so is proof positive of that .
I’m a Libra Rising, so anything to do with Venus I feel keenly (Venus rules both Libra and Taurus). I feel when she is conflicted, and when she’s happy.
Last week she made a conjunction to Saturn, where you may have had to face some sobering facts about your resources, a love relationship or even you set of values.
Tuesday was a terrific day for Venus; she made a fantastic trine to Uranus in Aries…adventure, optimism and energy.
However, today she makes an uncomfortable square to Chiron in Pisces…this brings up old hurts to do with affairs of the heart, sense of feeling loved and lovable. Some of these feelings are knee jerk reactions…any little thing can bring up these feelings of unworthiness…of feeling unpretty.
We also have Venus making a square to Jupiter on Sunday: this is an aspect that may feel good at the time, but will probably make us feel regretful later; This is an aspect that encourages over spending, over eating, over doing it in every way. Maybe this aspect will be good in getting that Venus in Sagittarius wildness out of our systems before Venus enters Capricorn next weekend.
Overall, having Venus under the gun has been valuable in showing us what we do with our resources, especially our most important one yet: our sense of inner value and self
