JULY HOROSCOPES-BRIGHT AND SHINY

This a month of forward motion, although which direction you move in is up for grabs. The first half of the month is dominated by the Venus/Pluto opposition square to Uranus; the first week of the month is shiny happy people, aside from the intensity of the above aspects. The second week is where everything starts to simmer, with Venus and Mercury heading into Leo, and Mars making an uncomfortable aspect to Uranus. The Full Moon in Capricorn on July 19^th brings everything to a head; this is a harsh Full Moon. It’s kind of like a storm breaking though, since the rest of the month gives us Mercury battling with Mars, Mercury making a sweet trine to Uranus and Venus trining Saturn and Mercury moving into Virgo.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?!

In a nutshell, this month is about furthering your plans and your path. It’s a month full of the possibility of good times, sweet bonding and positive growth. It may not be easy, but the conversations you have are where you find the seed of forward motion. If you allow it, achieving the next level of your life can be seamless.

ARIES SUN/RISING: You’ve been handling a whole stop/start scene since the beginning of the year. This Full Moon and the second half of the month could be your chance to blast forward the way you want to; however you have one more mission to accomplish. Are you ready? It’s to handle your home life. Handle your family. Are your foundations strong? What do you need to do to make sure that they unmovable. Get your core good and strong. Now that your ruling planet is direct (Mars) nothing can stop you.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: You might be feeling a little antsy; it’s been a bit of drama in regards to relationships that you are over. It’s not done with yet; there is still some stuff you need to get wise to first. You are being faced with a new possibility to be in your relationships. However you should allow yourself some room to move and stretch. Most of this month will follow that theme. However once the last week of the month hits you’ll wanna hunker down. Now that Mars is direct, you’ll be able to handle your health/daily life matters like a champ. CANCER SUN/RISING: Woohoo sweet Cancer! You get a mighty boost! The ruler of your 10^th house (Mars) is back in action, and is taking that itchy wet blanket off of your creativity, joy and sex drive. Full Steam Ahead Baby. There is still some stuff that has lingered from the 2012/2015 Cardinal Cross madness that needs to be exercised, and this New Moon is the one for it! It looks like love and partnership and who you are in it all is the concern this month; be smart and be authentic. No games, no power trips.

LEO SUN/RISING: While most of this month is about you gearing down, and finding a space of quiet and contemplation, you will find that this Full Moon gives you a boost or a wake up call in regards to how you handle your business and everyday life. What needs to shift? Look to your money scene, home life and growing self-awareness. All of these things need to be tweaked, as the Full Moon will show you. Ultimately everything that happens this month is good, because it’s lining you up to be the boss you know you are.

VIRGO SUN/RISING: It’s been all you for the past year or so; North Node, Jupiter and so on. At the end of the month when Mercury moves into your sign it’s a gear up for an upcoming Mercury RX in August (yes I know, I know). Pay attention to what conversations you have about who you are. In addition, this Full Moon will remind you and retrigger the Jupiter/Pluto Trine and Jupiter/NN conjunction; don’t forget your mission or who you are.

LIBRA SUN/RISING: The first half of the month is tailor made for you to put in all the work that you need to in order to shine in regards to your career. No cookouts, beach visits or lazy days. This is your time to pound the pavement; if you do, you will reap unbelievable results. Strike now. The universe will help you move ahead; pay attention to chance meetings with folks who can and want to help you. Don’t be suspicious; be open and willing! You are in the finish line, gearing up for when Jupiter enters your sign in a few months.

SCORPIO SUN/RISING: Your rulers (Mars and Pluto) are behaving well, moving forward and making aspects that are directly connected to making the most of your current evolution. I’m sure you have had a million A-HA moments, as well as cringe worthy realizations. WEEKLY HOROSCOPES: IT DON’T MEAN A THING IF IT AINT GOT THAT SWING

So for weeks now I’ve been blathering on about this upcoming Saturn/Neptune Square, and all the challenges and chances for growth it offers. This week it arrives, fully here and ready to shake things up. You can’t use your regular mind to navigate this whole scene; you’ve got to think outside of any and every box there is. This isn’t going to be hard if we all keep this time fast and loose. As long as we remember that nothing is permanent we will be able to swing and shift during this whole time.

The Saturn/Neptune Square comes ready and raring to go on June 17^th; it’s going to be jarring, but we’ve got a little wiggle room with the whole Sun/Moon trine between Gemini & Libra (pssttt the Sun is in Gemini, the Moon is in Libra) This is a fast and loose trine, that speeds up the movements with a playful, lovely and earnest vibe. You can’t buy this kind of awesome.

If nothing else, this whole Mutable Madness scene has taught us nothing is solid, and those that can bend won’t break.

BUT LETS NOT FORGET THAT MARS IS STILL RX IN SCORPIO. SERIOUSLY.

SUGGESTIONS AND HINTS TO WORK THIS WEEK’S ENERGY:

ARIES SUN/RISING: This stop/start/stall scene has been worst than being forced to stay at the table until you finish your Brussels sprouts. You have realized though, after what feels like a million years of upheaval, that the time has come to stop fighting. It’s such a private monster you’ve been battling…is it a dragon or a unicorn? Either way it’ll bring you transformation.

TAURUS SUN/RISING: You really are such an unexpected astrological comeback story. Truly. Taurus’s are often so stalwart and steady that they don’t get more than a passing glance in the messy drama of everyday life…even though at every Taurus’s core they crave the Sturm ung Drag. This week will reveal some stuff that you need to handle with your crew and your shifting value system.

GEMINI SUN/RISING:  You have had this month to have the bright light on you and your whole shifting scene, which you dig until you don’t. You aren’t quite there yet, until when folks start asking you those questions that you don’t want to answer. You don’t have the space to be as slippery as you usually can be. Is there a piper to be paid? Something that has fallen by the wayside that you know you need to handle? I bet there is.

Perhaps whatever revelations you have gotten has been rough or fun; depends on your perspective. The past weeks you have gotten a lot of help from friends and your community in giving you clarity on where you are at right about now. It’s great to have support; now you have to figure out what needs work. Could it be a need to truly connect?

VIRGO SUN/RISING: It’s been a whole new scene for you these days, what with Pluto aiming his amped up transformation rays towards you. It’s like getting help from Tony Soprano, without asking for it. Unsettling, sure. Necessary, yes, you know you’ll need to pay the piper at some point for the embarrassment of riches in your life. Could it be that you’ve already paid for it in some forgotten past? LIBRA RISING/SUN: This week will be a rapid, Para shifting week for you. Your thoughts are fast; your speech is ripe with just general stuff that you didn’t realize you had built up inside of you. I’d be lying if I told that was something that was ending anytime soon. However I do think that this week (and the next few one’s coming up…until the end of the month) will give you a glimmer of the hot WHY you’ve been seeking…that you may not have known that you were.

AQUARIUS SUN/RISING: It’s like you can breathe again these days, my darling water bearer. You haven’t gotten to play the way that you need to for quite some time, and now you do. However play for you is about breaking taboos and shifting the rules to something that works for changing the name of some game. It’s this knee jerk desire to shake things up that will be the secret to your success. However, not until after July.

PISCES SUN/RISING: I do believe that you have gotten especially good at accepting the shifting terrain of how your world is, and in incorporating these changes and endless revelations at lightening speed. You have proven your resilience. Brava. The universe wants to focus on this part of your life for just a little bit longer. Well my lovelies, this week is another wild one, another episode of the Mutable crosses. We have the Jupiter/Saturn Square coming to a close, with round 2 of the Saturn/Neptune Squares beginning.

However, with this New Moon in Gemini at the start of the week we find that instead of Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces running the show, Gemini steps in and becomes a brand new player in this game.

See, Gemini has been the silent partner, the fellow in the shadows waiting to come out. The mutable signs that have been dominating the skies off and on for the past year have done their bickering, task forcing or questioning the role of the other planets have left Gemini out of the mix; therefore in this land of Mutable crosses, oppositions and squares going on, Gemini has been the silent partner…the invisible 4^th leg of this mutable mess holding this conversation up.

Look to your chart to see where Gemini is; it’ll give you an idea of the issues that are going to be blasting ahead in the next few weeks.

NEW MOON IN GEMINI: THE NEW FANTASTIC

Yes this New Moon has all the makings of a drama soaked event; Venus is beefing with Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune, shoving her way into every conversation, demanding to be heard.

You know what? GOOD FOR HER! Maybe she’s tired of being ‘splained.

Sure Venus is conjunct the New Moon, which means that the New Moon is making the same argumentative aspect to all of these other planets.

But as Rod Tidwell would say “you think we are fighting, but I think we are finally talking!!!”

Keep in mind when parts of your psyche and life are at cross hairs that Gemini stepping into the scene is bringing up a part of the conversation that’s been necessary. After all Gemini is what’s been holding up the on & off mutable squares and oppositions of the past year.

Venus and the New Moon in Gemini come into to your life to say “why not?”

To Saturn: Why can’t I speak/write/share my philosophy? Why can’t I change? Show me what I need to do.

To Neptune: Don’t tell me who I am. Don’t feed me the same lies about what I need to do in order to be loved. Don’t eff with my head.

To Jupiter: I can’t do/eat/drink/spend/f$#k anyone or anything. I need to rein it in. But I can still live large without losing myself.

Where all of this can seem daunting, I see a brand new opportunity. I believe that this New Moon will bring you conversations that will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
