Welcome to the lovely Full Moon in
Pisces! It falls on Thursday March 5th. By the way, on this Full
Moon we also have the Jewish Holiday Purim occurring; this holiday and the
themes of this Full Moon are very similar…proving very often there is no such
thing as coincidence but more often synchronicity.
When we get a Pisces Full Moon, we
often get the chance to slip into another realm of magic, spirituality,
creativity and benevolence. There truly is no other sign that has a softer
heart than a Pisces. One of the ways to
celebrate Purim (other than eating a Hamantaschen cookie) is to give to
charity, to give your time and resources to those in need. This Pisces Full
Moon will support that.
However, there is more to the story
of this Full Moon. The darker side of Pisces can be delusion, addictions and
seamy behaviors that can be so very harmful. This Full Moon will cast light on
these negative aspects, and quite possibly ask that you change your ways. If
you are fine and clear, you may have to ask someone close to you to clean up his
or her act. It’s an empowering Full Moon, ripe with possibilities of true
change and inspiration.
Use this fertile, magical Full Moon
to clean up those messy spots in your life, to kindle more compassion in your
life, or just to add a little bit of fairy dust to the world around you. After
all, as the brilliant Carl Sagan says “We are all made of star stuff. We are a way
for the universe to know itself”
