Hello my lovely star watchers! I would like to take a moment and acknowledge the craziness that is going on in the world, and talk about the real shift that is happening.Change is hard and scary, and we are indeed living in dangerous time. We can not longer afford to be naive. Rather, it’s time that we become aware of shifting energy, and to know that sometimes the best thing that we can do is to make sure we are doing our best to shine bright, and vibe as high as we can in order to block out and diminish the terrors and darkness of the world.
That being said, I want to talk about what a wild month we have ahead. We are all totally ready for this shifting energy; it’s almost like a wild, rolicking Frat house with every kegger a school project, with a very sharp learning curve. Think of Fast Times at Ridgemont high; hijinks, parties, hard life lessons and it all happening under the stern eye of a cosmic Mr. Hand. We can thank an upcoming Mercury RX, Mars/Saturn Conjunction, a Venus/Pluto trine and another series of mutable crosses & t-squares. Not to mention the cosmos are gearing up for the upcoming September eclipses.
CRIB SHEETS FOR USING THIS MONTH’S ENERGIES:
ARIES SUN/RISING: It’s a funny thing when you have so much energy concentrated in a particular theme in your life. You always want to play...but most importantly you (especially now) chafe against restrictions and rules. Luckily now you don’t really have to. However, to your dismay you are becoming your own authority, and making your own rules and responsible decisions. In some ways you are unrecognizable to yourself. This is a time of creating stability in your life, if you know it or not.
TAURUS SUN/RISING: It’s your new found ability to relate that could now be your best asset. In regards to partnerships, love and your overall lust for life, you have been in positions where you WANT. Where you are desperate for a shift, or opening up to a new and tender side of yourself. The next few weeks will be a time of review of all that you have learned in regards to relationships, good and bad. I think the most important thing here is you have learned how you show up in said relationships.
GEMINI SUN/RISING: Your life for a good chunk of 2016 closely resembles the classic The Band song “The Weight”. A craving for mobility and something else but not being allowed even a smidge of wiggle room. Them’s the breaks this year kid, I’m sorry to say. You might be paying the piper for all of those times you have escaped unscathed from this or that. Nevertheless, the other lessons of this year that really drives home this month is that you are really taking charge of your life in a way that feels very un-like you but is very impressive to those who are watching what your whole scene is.
CANCER SUN/RISING: Oh my dear Lords and Ladies of the Seas...there is something in the next month or so that can make your feel like the White Rabbit...you are verry late to a very important date. Yes, you ABSOLUTELY need to keep your hustle strong, and not to ever let them see you sweat. I don’t mean to shout, but I really want you guys to understand what a vital time this is in regards to your development. You won’t dance on attendance to a homicidal Queen of Hearts, but you will make sure that can adeptly navigate this strange shifting underworld. My money's on you.
LEO SUN/RISING: You have probably been feeling that love is overall elusive, as well as a passion for life in general. However this month is going to have a huge surge in feeling the opposite of what you feel now. There is an undeniable vibe of mate/date heat or just a general feeling of...well heat. You may have sworn off love & sex and that whole scene...or convinced yourself that you are set for a lifetime of singlehood and such...if you are coupled you may feel that the thrill is permanantly gone. This month will show you that is untrue. Also, your whole $$ scene is about to get a rebirth.
VIRGO SUN/RISING: Life is full of ups and downs...and this something that you are sensible enough to embrace without any energy wasting foot stomping of the “it’s just not fair” variety. Out of all of the signs, you are the one that will achieve the most, and be able to make this energy work for you. Jupiter in Virgo isn’t done with you yet! Even this blasted Mutable square hasn’t put too much of a hitch in your giddy-up. The thing that can make everything seem dark and sad is the acceptance of something in your love life/partnership scene that is rough to handle, but needs to accepted.
LIBRA SUN/RISING: This is the month, you know. The month where it’s very much emotional/psychic house-cleaning crunch time. You CAN NOT afford to carry any of your old shit (or shit that doesn’t belong to you) into the next phase of your life. You nod your head, aware of this truth...but it feels uncomfortable no matter how ready you think that you are. Forget who you ever were. Folks you run into from years past (this Mercury RX will ensure this happens) will tilt their heads, purse their lips and say “you seem so different”. Folks don’t always like change. But when this happens, smile and say “thank you, I know”.
SCORPIO SUN/RISING: Keep your mind sharp and your tongue soft. This month can drag up the old hurts...and a hurt Scorpio is a terrifying thing. You know this, and in some ways take pride in this knowledge. However this month is more about transforming the crap and smelly pieces of your life into fertilizer, rather than a garbage dump. Use what you have learned to make roses bloom and lotus flowers gleam. After all, the more beautiful and gleaming the lotus petals, the skankier and dirtier the mud in which it grows.
SAGITTARIUS SUN/RISING: Folks aren’t always aware of just how resilient and powerful you are. You are a child of Jupiter! never forget that. You are a sign that can really make the most of Saturn transiting your sign; it’s a magnificent thing to behold. This month is one where you can bloom, even though the ground is shifting and shaking beneath all of our feet. The next month or so will round out what you are experiencing in regards to your ambition/reality scene. However for August, know that the time to get really serious about your path has arrived, and you are more than up for the challenge.
CAPRICORN SUN/RISING: There is some righteous evolution stuff happening for you, and this month will be one where it will all be gone over for you to dissect and pay attention to. You are able to connect with others in a way that you didn’t know you were capable of, and your whole Jedi/Spiritual Warrior thing is going full steam ahead. You are sensible here, and know that to resist the fabulous growth is silly. In fact, the whole new landscape feels authentic to you at this point. If you arent’ sure why that is, you’ll figure it out sooner than later.
AQUARIUS SUN/RISING: Your transformation game is hella strong, and you know it. You are fearless here, because you know enough is enough. You are delving into old family sagas, and somehow taking yourself out of the equation, because you know better than you did before. You are clearing the space for some serious mind blowing oppertunties, and a very welcome shift that is a heartbeat away. Don’t worry so much about what you should/shouldn’t be doing. Just be authentic to yourself.
PISCES SUN/RISING: You have been experiencing some pretty awesome growth opportunities as well as a grand awareness of what is going on for you partnership/love wise. You are getting your boundaries set in stone, and learning how to balance your needs in the light of the other. This could be because of Jupiter hanging out in your 7th house of love/partnerships. Or it could be because of your razor sharp perceptions these days.
