WEEKLY ASTRO FORECAST FEBRUARY 7-FEBRUARY 13

Hey Astro people; this week is going to be a totally different scene than the past few months. Really. We do have a tempestuous New Moon in Aquarius with Mars, The Moon, Venus and Uranus getting up in the mix. It’s going to be a total shift in how we see/think/do any and everything. On Saturday Mercury enters Aquarius, giving us a break from all those earthy Capricorn vibes.

February 9^th ushers in Fat Tuesday…that wild night before Ash Wednesday that folks often go pretty wild…the last night of Carnival (which technically means farewell to the flesh). Tuesday gives us a Mars trine Chiron, and a Venus trine Jupiter. All this is very nice, very helpful in healing any kind of madness from the New Moon, not to mention giving us a nice party vibe.

The rest of the week has the Moon going through Pisces, Aries and Taurus; some conjunctions and trines to Chiron, Mars and Sagittarius. On Saturday we get a great boost from Mars sextile Jupiter, helping us dream big and work hard. All in all this is a great week for taking it easy, and to use your new epiphanies to the best possible use.

ARIES: Your ruling planet Mars is all over the place in the cosmos, making smart alliances with Chiron and Jupiter. Expect some fantastic flashes of insight as well as a chance to handle anything that ails you with a pain that hurts so good. Don’t worry about what comes next; just use this week to be.

TAURUS: The past few weeks have shaken you up in a good way; I’m assuming you have grown in leaps and bounds and might be ready for a break. This weekend gives you a fantastic time to relax and enjoy the finer things in life, which we all know you have down to an art form.

GEMINI: You might have to handle some stuff dealing with your home life and your partners, but this is an ongoing deal that comes closer and closer to resolution the more open minded you remain. You may find that some of the struggles you’ve had to over come may actually be a way for you to boost your earnings.

CANCER: I think this is the week where you nail down the whole every day routine in tandem with your public life. Often your mind is caught up in the every day details of keeping all those balls in the air. However, this week you start to think big. You begin to think outside the box.  You no longer feel guilty about your success and ascension. You can send Uranus a thank you card for that brand of enlightenment.

LEO: You get to enjoy this week in a way that you may not have been able to enjoy much in a while. You are beginning to apply your creativity on a whole other level, while getting a few helpful “A-HA!” moments in regards to your love life/partnerships. This is very personal, and each person’s a-ha will look different than the others. Have fun with it…it’s the start of something new…which if you were to be honest is something you have been seeking.

VIRGO: You’ve had to put out your fair share of fires of late, but now you can coast a bit. This weekend will be especially nice for you in regards to your ability to communicate what you know, and of course how you can sell yourself.  More importantly, you are getting a huge hot boost from Venus this week that will help you channel what you are the most passionate about into a magnificent way of self promotion; use it wisely. It may feel a little foreign, but you’ll be ok.

LIBRA: Your ruling planet Venus has been kicking butt and taking names. No White Flags Flown could very well be your motto. Why? Because it seems that you are finally slaying your biggest foe: yourself. You have dug in, done the work and you are ready for a fresh start…without all those old crappy programs still running the show. Take this weekend to revel in learning all of your own secrets…this could be the start of a love affair with yourself.

SCORPIO: This week Mars in your sign (and as one of your ruling planets) you are learning some grand lessons on humility, playing fair and the grace of magical thinking. Your sign is usually take no prisoners…victory at any cost. However, the Saturn transit to your sign taught you some valuable lessons on what works for you, and what doesn’t. This week will show you it wasn’t all for naught.

SAGITTARIUS: For you, much of this week comes with handling some old baggage from your family/home situation. This is going to be on going, so don’t think this is going to come to a real resolution until late next year. That being said, what does come up for you this week will reassure you that you are indeed on the right path, and that the naysayers will cheer you on, sooner than later.

CAPRICORN: Having been the star of the cosmos for that past few months, you are now in place where you have a little less pressure, and a lot more breathing room. Even though this weekend you may need to deal with some clashes between home/family and how you may need to express yourself, you know ultimately this is just some lingering stuff that may be necessary to clear out.

AQUARIUS: The week starts out with the Sun and New Moon in your sign, and with the week closing out with Mercury entering your hallowed halls. In some ways you are ready, and others you may be unsure about whatever unseen, psychic crap you may still need to shake off. By the start of next week you’ll have a better grip on all of what you now need to do.

PISCES: This week is precursor for next month, where it is all things Pisces. Glorious, nebulous Pisces. This week offers you a glimpse of what it is that you really do need in regards to balancing all that you have going on in your life. The middle of the week will be one that offers you a lot of insight, as well as move to just get on with it…whatever it may be to you. You’ll have the chance to truly communicate what you need from your support team.
